| Pioneer Of Gila Bend Taken By Death Daniel Wilson Noonan. 60-year old valley pioneer and resident of the Gila Bend district, died in a Phoenix hospital Monday. Mr. Noonan was born in San Diego, but came to Arizona when a few months old, and lived near Gila Bend the remainder of his life. At the time of his death he was a retired rancher. He also had been a railroad engineer and fireman. Mr. Noonan leaves his wife, Mrs. Okla Noonan; and a sister, Mrs. Tanner of Los Angeles, both of whom were with him when he died. Funeral services were held Wednesday, in the Gila Bend Community Church, with burial In the family plot in the Gila Bend Cemetery. The Buckeye Funeral Home was in charge.
