| Published by Today's News-Herald on Mar. 21, 2026 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Sharon Anne Day, known to us all as Sharon, passed into God's loving care on March 7, 2026. Born on December 20, 1957, Sharon was a woman of profound strength, love, and humility. As an avid Christian, she embodied the verse from 1 Corinthians 16:14, "Let all that you do be done in love." The essence of this verse was reflected in every corner of her life. Sharon was not only a successful businesswoman and an enthusiast in the real estate world, but she was also a woman who found great joy in the simplicity of life. From quilting blankets for her family to canning and preserving food, every act of hers was a testament to her love and dedication for her family. She was a loving mother, a doting grandmother, and a devoted wife. Sharon is survived by her sons, Billy and Christopher Day, and her grandchildren, Makayla, Austin, and Brenden. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nick Chavez, her parents, Veva Day and Richard Richter, her daughter, Jennifer Speer, and her Aunt Mary. Her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones. In memory of Sharon, we invite you to share your experiences, photographs, and heartfelt memories on her memorial page. Every shared memory will serve as a reminder of the love she bestowed and the life she celebrated. |
