| (Lake Havasu City, AZ) Date of Publication: 25 Sep 2019 Virginia Marie Jansen, 93, passed away April 20, 2016. She was born March 17, 1923 in Jefferson County, Mo. to Mr. John and Opal Nash. Virginia moved to Lake Havasu City 27 years ago with in retirement with her husband Glen from Paramount, Calif. They were married April 7, 1965 in Reno, Nev. and enjoyed many wonderful years together. She enjoyed her family, fishing, playing gin rummy and in her younger years she enjoyed spoiling her grandkids and spending time with her friends and shopping and especially her time with Glen enjoying a cold beer and being her ornery and spunky self. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her spunky soul. Virginia was preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend of 52 years, Glen in 2006 and her sons Raymond Scarlett and Rodger Scarlett. She is survived by two children, Stanley James Scarlett of Lake Havasu, Deborah Kathleen Beayrd of Tulare, Calif.; her four step-children Fred and Steven Jansen, Glenda Guttery and Mary Jane Shouse; she is also survived by many grandchildren and great- grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
