Survivors include his wife, Anny; daughters, Ruth Scheline and Sharon Olsen; sons, Stephen, Michael, Jonathan, and Joel; sister, Florence; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, 1625 S. Central Ave., Phoenix.
