After years of factory work, Mary moved to Arizona, where the hard work began, helping to take care of her 5 great-grandchildren. She never considered it work, they were her pride and joy and loved every minute of it. When they weren't driving her crazy, she relaxed with cup of tea, a good romance book, jazz music, re-runs of mystery TV shows, or her sewing machine. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband, Ed Meyers; sons, James Charles and Terry Charles; grandson, Craig Charles, and great-grandson, Reggie Hadlock. She will also join her brothers: Mike Decker, Tommy Decker, Dave Decker and sister, Kathy Conrad. Those left behind to miss her daily will be her son, Sam (Sue) Charles. Grandson, Bob Charles and granddaughter, Tara Grant. Siblings, Tony Decker, Eric Decker, Tania Myers, Rebecca Ostholtoff and Talia Wagner. Her great grandchildren: Paul, CJ, Alexis, James and great-great grandchildren, Sebastian, Delilah, Jaxson, and Liam. As well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was most proud of her titles, Mom and Granny. Arrangements are being provided by Yuma Mortuary, with a private graveside service. Please sign the guestbook at www.legacy.com/obituaries/yumasun |
