| Published by Yuma Sun on Apr. 5, 2026 - Yuma, Arizona - Karen "Kay" Gene DeHart born April 2, 1934, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026 at the age of 91. Kay was married to Dennis DeHart on January 10, 1954. Dennis preceded her in death in 2009. Kay and Dennis shared a lifetime of outdoor adventures, including hunting and fishing together. Kay is survived by their six children, her brother, as well as many grandchildren. Later in life, Kay found companionship with Marden Jones. They built a loving partnership and enjoyed spending their years together in Arizona, where Kay especially loved the sunshine and warm weather.
