Clifford moved to Yuma, Arizona the age of 5, he graduated from Yuma High School 1962. He retired from Tanner Paving and Asphalt, as supervisor after 40 years. Clifford loved, family, vacations, recreational activities and loved being spoiled from his wife, Betty Winton (deceased 2022), daughters, Bridget, Leatrice and, grandkids, J and Grace. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Fraternal Order of Eagles, 225 S. First Ave, Yuma, Arizona 85364 on May 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
