Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Edward "Red" Harris Van Every, 75, passed away August 23, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Waldo and Warren "Harris" Van Every on August 1, 1930 in Petoskey, MI. Red moved to Lake Havasu 11 years ago from La Habra, CA. He was a facilities engineer for Rockwell International in Newport Beach, CA for 35 years. Red was a member of the Elks Lodge (Lodge of Sorrows) and a 33rd Degree Mason. Red is survived by his beloved family Michael Van Every and his wife Linda of Irvine, CA, Edward Van Every and his wife Sue of Mission Viejo, CA; brother, Desha Oaks of Sebring, FL; sister, Ruth Harkness of Sebring, FL; four grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Kimberly and Christopher and two great grandchildren, Daniel and Anthony. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lois. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 27, 1:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Rev. Richard Rounds will officiate. The family has requested donations be made to the Cancer Society/Heart Association of Lake Havasu, PO Box 1410, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405-1410.
