Published by The Daily Courier on May 9, 2026 - Prescott, Arizona - Robert Leroy Twombly “Bob T” was born Aug. 8, 1946 to Clarence and Mary Twombly in Monroe, Kansas. He passed away peacefully at home in Sun City, Arizona, on April 29, 2026, with Deborah Brewer, and his niece, Hannah Hausler by his side. In 1976, Bob moved to Prescott, Arizona, with his wife, Deborah Brewer, where he became a plumber at Brewer Plumbing. He was known in the industry for his hard work and dedication throughout the community. Robert proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. We thank him for his service and sacrifice to our country. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Mary; his younger brother, Richard; and his daughter, Robin. Bob cultivated many life long friendships and extended family in the Prescott area, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m., May 29, 2026 at Prescott National Cemetery — 500 State Route 89 — Prescott, AZ. Celebration of Life will be held on May 30, 2026 from 3:00-5:00 p.m., at Prescott Elks Lodge #330 — 6245 E 2nd St — Prescott Valley, AZ.
