Libby Jeanne Harris Brock passed away on March 2, surrounded by her children and husband after a
courageous battle with cancer.
She leaves behind a large and devoted family including six children, stepchildren, 24 grandchildren (two who preceded her in death), 11 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon Brock. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles Harris, and two grandsons, Colin R. Harris and Jake Harris.
She is survived by her children:
James H. Harris of Rochester, Washington;
Gene Alan Harris and daughter-in-law Kandy Harris of Grand Mound, Washington;
Lynda Lebario and her husband Richard Babcock of Puyallup, Washington;
Bob Harris and his wife Kathy Harris of Rochester, Washington;
Lita Otani and her husband Mike Otani of Auburn, Washington;
and Leah Harris Lowder and her husband Anthony Lowder of Homedale, Idaho.
Her family also includes her stepchildren:
Rocky Brock and his wife Janell Brock of Kingman, Arizona; Ricky Brock and his wife Tammy Brock of Illinois; and Ron Brock of Kingman, Arizona.
Her grandchildren include:
Creede Harris, Dillon Harris, Richard Harris, James Harris, Preston Harris, Grant Harris, Brooke Harris,
Kendra Wahl, Terra Hamilton, Sarai Decker, Rachelle Decker, Troy Decker, Robert Decker, Lynita Harris, Christina
McVey, Amanda Gordon, Hannah Hakes, Olivia Bryant, Kioni Bryant, Adam Boxford, Kajon Babcock, and Jada Babcock. Grandsons Colin R. Harris and Jake Harris preceded her in death.
Libby was a devoted mother and wife. She was a Master Gardener, a talented cook and baker, and a strong supporter of her community.
In her younger years, she held positions with the Rochester PTA, the Master Gardeners of Thurston County, and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Libby often reminded those she loved to live life big, love big, and above all—keep going.
She believed we should live as though we are inspiring others, for the true mark of a life well lived is what we leave in the hearts of those we love.
