CAULKINS, Steven Louis

Steven Louis Caulkins August 18, 1957 - February 21, 2016 Steven L. Caulkins, age 58, died of cancer on February 21, 2016, in Mesa, AZ, under the care of Hospice of the Valley. Steve is survived by his mother, Louise Timperio, of Mesa, Arizona; his father, Robert Caulkins, of Payson, Arizona; his daughter, Christine Jones John, of Casa Grande, Arizona; his son, Stephen Mallicoat of Cottonwood, Arizona; and his daughter, Melodye Stevens, of Laveen, Arizona. He is also survived by a sister, an uncle and many nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his daughter, Christie Mallicoat, of Wickenburg, Arizona, on December 15, 2004. Steve was born August 18, 1957, in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Paradise Valley High School in 1975. Steve worked as a musician and cab driver. Steve was a great family man and a great father. He was very social and had a great passion for music and riding motorcycles. His family and friends will always remember him for his humor and his kind heart.
