Published by Today's News-Herald on June 6, 2026 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Nora Kessler Huschka, age 87, of Lake Havasu City, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 25, 2026. Her devoted husband, Raymond, was by her side. Nora was born in Dickinson, ND, the first child and daughter of the late Antoinette and Samuel Kessler of Belfield, ND. Nora is survived by her husband, Raymond; sister, Margaret; and brothers, Jim and Ray; her sons, Daryl and Mike, her daughters, Sonda and Terry; and was pre-deceased by her son Blake, sister Cecilia, and brother Charles. She also leaves her two daughters-in-law, Susan and Tegan, and son-in-law, Troy. She has 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her beloved poodle Penny. Nora was an accomplished seamstress and bookkeeper and retired at the age of 70. She will be remembered for her hard work, dedication, and commitment to her family throughout her life. Her memory will be carried on by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations in Nora's honor to the Lake Havasu Senior Center / Lake Havasu City, AZ.
