MACKENZIE, Daniel

Death Claims Indian Fighter Funeral services, followed by interment in the local cemetery, were held Wednesday for the late D.A. McKenzie, well known 82 year old carpenter, who died early Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mr. McKenzie, a very likable old-timer and a former member of the Nogales Rotary Club, lived here about 20 years. In his early life he was an Indian fighter with the United States Army, stationed first at Fort Buford on the Missouri river near the Montana-North Dakota state line, and later at Fort Jones, Miles City, Montana.
