THOMAS III, Louis Lee


Published by Today's News-Herald on July 4, 2026 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Louis Lee Thomas III, born on June 2, 1946, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2026. Louis was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Lee Thomas Jr and Ida Jayne Thomas (Blanchard); his brother, Karl L. Thomas; and his beloved grandson, Corey L. Wyatt. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Patricia Cole Thomas; his daughters, Angela M. Stegner (Thomas) and Karin D. Mannon (Thomas); his sisters, Jayne Holmes (Thomas) and Laura Greenleaf (Thomas); his grandchildren, Andi M. Wyatt, Brandon M. Wyatt, Nathan E. Mannon, and Allison J. Mannon; and his great-grandchildren, Liam J. Wyatt and Jameson C. Rurak. In 1972, Louis made Lake Havasu City his home, where he worked as a Holly salesman and built a life centered around family, friendship, and community. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved and was an active member of the Eagles, Moose Lodge, and Elks Lodge, where he formed many lasting friendships over the years. Louis proudly served his country in the United States Army, a chapter of his life that reflected his sense of duty and commitment to others. He will be remembered for the life he built, the family he loved, and the many friendships he made along the way. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
