FORD, Roy Darrell

Roy Darrell Ford, Jr., 62, passed away December 3rd, 2002. He is survived by his Wife, Sandra, of Glendale, AZ. Daughter, Kimberly Ford of Las Vegas, Son, Roy Darrell Ford III, of Glendale, AZ, Step Son, Damone Simms of Mesa, AZ. Mother, Daisy Kendrick, of Columbus, Ohio. Also surviving is his Sister, Ruth Thompson of Washington, D.C. He attended Glendale Community College as well as Arizona State University, from where he graduated. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Master Sargent in 1980 after serving more than 20 years. He then became a Supervisor with the Arizona Department of Economic Security/FAA. Visitation was held Saturday, December 7, 2002, and the service immediately followed, both in the First United Methodist Church, 7102 N. 58th Drive, Glendale, AZ. Arrangements by A.L.
