THE WICKENBURG SUN THE WEEK OF JUNE 25, 2003 Mrs. Billie D. West, 43, passed away on June 17, 2003. Mrs. West was born on Aug. 11, 1959 in Woodland, Calf., to Dolores and William "Bill" Houseman. Mrs. West was employed by H&R Block for the last two years and also watched children in her home for the last four years. She was preceded in death by her third child, Joseph D. West IV in 1996. She is survived by her husband Joseph D. West III and four children, Victoria Diana Knight Carcioppolo, Charles Dean Knight, Jennifer Rose West and Alexander B. West, and two grandchildren Kayden Dean Knight and Noel Jean Knight. She is also survived by her parents and three sisters, Carol Houseman, Pam Robbins and Sandy Sweeney. Memorial services will take place on Saturday June 28, at the First Presbyterian Church, located at 180 N. Adams St. in Wickenburg. Services will begin at 3 p.m.
