| Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory Wickenburg, Arizona www.wickenburgfuneralhome.com Robert "Bob" Glenn Sanders (May 30, 1932 - February 22, 2019) Robert "Bob" Glenn Sanders, stepped into heaven on February 22nd, 2019. He was born on May 30th, 1932 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Emmett and Bernice Sanders. He met his love, Ruth Elaine Sanders, at Northwestern State College in 1953. They were married on February 4th, 1955. He concluded two years of service in the Army before moving to Wickenburg, Arizona in 1958. They joined First Southern Baptist Church in 1958. In 2018, they were celebrated for their long standing membership and service of sixty years. Bob was an active member of numerous civic organizations, most notably Round-up Club (Chamber of Commerce), Saddle Club, BPOE (Elks), and Maricopa County Sheriff's Posse. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Bernice Sanders, two brothers, Dan and Morris Sanders, and by his son, Robert Myers Sanders. Bob is survived by his wife Elaine Sanders and three children, Karan Elaine Hoskin (Harvey), Jon Everett Sanders (Cathy), and Keith Alan Sanders (Linnae). He is deeply missed and loved by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson. Memorial services will be held at 11am on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 at First Southern Baptist Church in Wickenburg, Arizona.
