Juanita Fay Hammons, 88, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, born May 19, 1917 in Mangum, Oklahoma, died Sunday, May 7, 2006 at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott, Arizona.

A private cremation took place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Arrangements by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel.
