The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, April 28, 2002 Richard (Rick) Howland Jr., 40, of Mayer Arizona, died April 22, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona. He had been a framer in the construction industry. He is survived by his father Richard Howland, and step-mother Marilyne Howland, Wickenburg, Arizona, his mother MaryLou Howland, Mayer, Arizona, sister Luanne Passmore (Randy) Mayer, Arizona, nephew Kevin and niece Amber Passmore. He passed away after a lengthy illness. He will be greatly missed by his family. Services will be on Monday, April 29, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, an hour prior, visitation will be held at the mortuary.
